The handsome Sea Point promenade with its wide lawns and neat gardens, pavillion, and immense seawater swimming pool is a colourful sight during any summer season; and the late sunsets up to nine o'clock, are the most dramatic to be seen anywhere. Crying seagulls, huge rollers crashing on the sea wall and the tang of the salty breezes add to the charm of this popular resort.
Description : Originally a hunting lodge and one of the oldest homes in Sea Point. Completely renovated with a trendy, luxurious and charming touch. A spacious garden with a big salt water pool. Each bedroom has its own private courtyard, under floor heating, safe, an en-suite luxury bathroom with heated towel rails. We include a healthy international breakfast, free internet access, wireless network, secure off-street parking. Close to promenade, beaches, Waterfront, De Waterkant, restaurants and shops. Children welcome. Credit cards. Car rental, transfers and tours can be arranged.

Room Description:
Room A and B are interleading with a private courtyard. Room A has an en suite bathroom with shower only.
Room B has an en suite bathroom with shower above the bath.
Two of the rooms can each accommodate two people.
The other two rooms can accommodate an extra bed each for the use of a child up to the age of 12 years.
Rooms C and D have a shower en suite.
Facilities:
We have a large salt water swimming pool.
The rooms do not have television and telephones but we have a communal lounge where we have a TV and DVD.
Local telephones calls are free including internet access.
Tariff: is per room inclusive of bed and breakfast
Tariff in South African Rands (ZAR) Low season: 1 May to: 15 September
Double: ZAR800 per room per night.
Single: ZAR550 per room per night. High season: 16 September to: 1 May
Double: ZAR1150 per room per night.
Single: ZAR850 per night. Peak season: 16 December to: 15 January
Double: ZAR1350 per room per night.
Single: ZAR950 per night.
Child up to the age of 12 sharing a double room with parents ZAR300 per night extra. Babies up to the age of 2 years ZAR50 extra per night. Baby cot provided.

Smoking only outside the house on the terraces.
Staff are not on duty 24hours per day, so late arrivals should be noted before arrival in order for provision to be made.
Payment Policy:
A 50% non-refundable deposit is payable on confirmation of the reservation and the balance is payable on arrival.

Directions on How to Get There
FROM CAPE TOWN INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT:
Take the N2 to Cape Town. The N2 will split (apps. 12.5 km after the airport).
Hold to your right to the City Centre.
After approximately 1.2 km the motorway will split again.
Stay on the lower part (3 right lanes).
Eastern Blvd / Cape Town North / CTICC Waterfront.
Take the Strand exit (16.6 km after the airport).
Go up Strand Street (which turns into High Level Road) for exactly 4.5 km. Turn right into Firmount Road.
After approx. 150 m turn left into Bickley Road.
We are the second house on the left hand side (No. 17).

We are a few minutes away from the V&A Waterfront and the City centre. The Sea Point promenade is within walking distance.
