Across the bay from here the magnificence of Table Mountain comes into dramatic perspective and if you are fortunate enough to witness this when the south-easter is laying the table cloth, there is then no view more spectacular in circumference of the world.
Description : A self catering holiday home for group bookings - minimum of six people per group.
Guests book at own risk and should comply to house rules.
Situated on a hill (dune embankment) in residential area up hill with nice views.
The Property consits of three levels as well as a senery tower - lots of steps.
This establishment is very well equipped and offers a wide range of electrical appliances in the kitchen; crocery and cutlery; pots and pans; bedding, towels, a spa-bath, five showers, two baths, six toilets, a mini library, a senery tower, a function room for small functions - seat 30 to 40 people, Big screen TV and DSTV option, 200+ movie DVD's,

There are five double beds, 1 three quarter bed and six single beds, ample space, lots of B.I.C. and hangers, lots of parking space and beautifull views. Close to Shops, Eating places, Beaches, Malls and Blouberg Hospital

Rooms : Room 1 - double bed, side tables and bed lamps, table and chair, mirror, aluminium door to outside area and ample built in cupboards First floor Room 2 - double bed, side tables and bed lamps, drawer table, chair, mirror, alminium sliding door to outside area and ample built in cupboards Room 3 - three quarter bed, side table and lamp, table, chair, aluminium sliding door to outside and ample built in cupboards Room 4 - en-suite to shower/spa bath, built in fire place, walk in cupboard area, double bed, side tables and bed lamps, drawer table and chair, mirror, aluminium sliding door to outside area. Study room - on same floor level: 2 single beds, shelf unit, drawer side tables and lamps, chair and aluminium door to outside Second floor Room 5 - en-suite shower room, large basin top with shelfs, double bed, side tables and lamps, chair, mirror and lots of built in cupboards. Room 6 - mirror image of room 5 with everything the same as room 5
TV/Movie room additional 4 single beds.
Rooms 1, 2, and 3 share 2 full bathrooms with baths and showers.
Facilities and features: Inside Barbeque room, Outside Barbeque Lapa, Function room and Decor (with everything needed to lay tables ie: earn, cutlery, crocery, glass bowls, fairy lights, table lamps and candle holders, table cloths with variety of overlays and much much more (Additional TV in function room to use for games etc.)

Flooring tiles or laminated floors - no large carpets. Lock up garage area for 3 vehicles ans another 8 vehicles can park in front of accommodation.

Children under 3 do not pay.
Children from 3 to 5 pay half price
Children from 6 and up pay same tariff as adults.

From N1 to Town take N7 Malmesbury off ramp and follow Malmesbury direction
Take M14 Plattekloof off ramp-turn left onto Plattekloof-continue to T juncion.
Turn right onto Koeberg at T, continue past 1st Robot and 2nd Robot turn left onto Blaauwberg Road (Car sales on right), continue till R27 (West Coast Road)turn right at robot (Bayside Mall on right), continue past 1st robot (church on left), past 2nd robot (West Coast shopping Centre on right) then 3rd robot left (Sandown Nursery on left, straight past circle on road 3rd street is Harbour Close-turn right no 15 on left.
Alternatively turn left at 2nd robot (West Coast shopping Centre on right), continue till Harbour Close (2nd street after Westport Square shopping Centre on left and past Diving School on right) turn left no 15
Attractions and Activities :
MyCiTi bus routes walking distance (2 blocks) to take to Beaches, Shopping Malls, Cape Town Mid Centre, Station, Flea markets, Waterfront, Museums and Citi Gardens. 2 Busses pass every 20 minutes and in peak time every 10 minutes. The attractions is thus unlimited. Beaches for swimming, fishing and unlimited shopping and movies, internet cafe's, hiking and 4x4 trail on dune behind accommodation, diving school, accesable to Killarney motor racing circuit etc.
