The picturesque town of Hermanus lies between the Kleinrivierberge and the sea and stretches for six kilometres along the north shore of Walker Bay.
Celebrated for its coastal beauty, wild flowers, angling, fine beaches and whales, Hermanus is one of the premier holiday resorts of the country. The holiday season which used to range through spring and summer to autumn - September to May - has in modern times increased to make the resort popular all year round.

Description : Situated in the picturesque Hemel-en-Aarde valley,
the H & A Guest House offers accommodation in two new architecturally designed double storey houses within this beautiful security estate.
The houses each sleep six people comfortably, have three bedrooms (main en-suite), two bathrooms, one with a bath and both with a shower. Tastefully furnished with all mod cons necessary to make your holiday as enjoyable and as hassle free as possible.
Enjoy alfresco dining on the outside patio, or relax in front of the gas fireplace during winter.

Activities :
The estate has a stunning clubhouse and bar, fully equipped gym, tennis and squash courts, heated Olympic size swimming pool, saunas and putting green within easy walking distance of the two guest houses.
Accommodation : The guest houses each sleep six people comfortably. The main en-suite bedroom is upstairs. It has a queen size bed. The other two double bedrooms are downstairs and they share a bathroom. They each have twin beds.
Facilities : All linen supplied is 100% cotton percale. Both bath towels and pool towels are supplied. The houses each have three plasma screen TV's with a PVR decoder and a DVD hi-fi system. On the patio leading off from the lounge there is a built-in braai.

Seasons and Tariff :
Prices quoted in South African Rands (ZAR)

Low season : 1 May to 30 September
ZAR1050 per day per house.
High season : 1 October to 6 December and 16 January to 30 April
ZAR1250 per day per house.
Peak season : 7 December to 15 January as well as Easter weekend and the Whale Festival weekend.
ZAR1800 per day per house.
The above rate excludes a refundable breakages deposit of ZAR1200 and a pool cleaning fee of ZAR100 which must be paid on arrival.

Payment Policy:
A 50% non-refundable deposit is payable on confirmation of the reservation and the balance is payable on arrival.

Directions on How to Get There
Take the N2 towards Somerset West then take the R43 to Hermanus. Just before Hermanus at the Sandbaai Intersection turn left onto the R320 (Hemel-en-Aarde Road). A few metres up turn right into Hemel-en-Aarde Estate. After security drive up towards the mountain. At the second circle (1st with water feature) turn left at Blue Crane into Ruby Rose.
