The Portuguese navigators named this Bahia Formosa, and it certainly is a beautiful bay. The deep inlet, protected by Cape Seal (the western peninsula better known by its Afrikaans name, Robberg) has the magnificent backdrop of the converging Outeniqua and Tsitsikamma Mountains. Its three sheltered beaches, stretching over eleven kilometres, provide the main attraction for summer holidays, when the influx of people increases the population three fold.

Description : La Boheme B&B and Day Spa is a uniquely affordable 4-star accommodation in Plettenberg Bay. Cottage interiors with classic beach-house décor are complimented with a rustic touch, home-style amenities, and luxury facilities.
The guesthouse is situated one minute drive from both Plett's Main Street and the Market Square shopping areas and two minutes from the whale-watching operators at Main Beach and the 4-kilometeres of golden sand that is Robberg Beach.
A dip in the plunge pool followed by a jacuzzi (bubbly in hand) affords the perfect interlude between a day at the beach and supper at one of Plett's many restaurants. If 'dining in' is your pleasure, a covered Verandah with braai (barbecue) facilities is available for a traditional South African holiday feast.
Your host, local Chris Myburgh, beats any guidebook for pointing you to the best beaches and attractions that Plettenberg Bay has to offer.
La Boheme offers spa facilities and a lounge with fireplace for chillier evenings. All rooms are en-suite and fitted with tea/coffee bars, TV (with Satellite) and mini fridges. The self-catering unit features a full kitchenette. The upstairs Deluxe Suite offers waking up into a sunrise over the Keurbooms Lagoon. Full Continental and English breakfasts are served.

Room Description: All rooms are tastefully decorated in a classic white and blue beach-house style, with cotton percale linen to pamper the senses. They are all en-suite, with tea/coffee bars, mini-fridges, hairdryers, Satellite TV, patio facilities and private entrances.

The upstairs Deluxe Suite features a balcony facing the magnificent Keurbooms lagoon. Wake up to the crimson light of a Plett Sunrise flooding your room. Large shower and corner bath.

Self-Catering
The Self-Catering open plan unit can sleep 2 adults, plus 2 children on a fold-out sleeper couch. The unit features a modern all wood kitchenette, and washing machine.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is payable on confirmation of the reservation and the balance is payable on arrival.
