Gardens once formed part of the Company's Garden - a prime region on the slopes of Table Mountain from where the first free burghers played an important role in the early development of the Cape during the latter part of the seventeenth century. A century later in a resurgence of development, some magnificent mansions were built on these mountainside farms during a period of great prosperity at the Cape. Some of the historical properties built then remain today.
Description : Victoria Boutique Villa is situated in the heart of the "mother city" in the cosmopolitan suburb of Upper Gardens, Cape Town. We are a seven bedroomed guesthouse and all our rooms have en-suites bathrooms. We serve a three course breakfast in the morning and it is included in your accommodation price. We are very close to tourist attractions, shops, restaurants and malls.

Room Description:
Garden Budget Rooms x2 :
These are twin bedded rooms with en-suite bathrooms with shower facilities. These two rooms are situated in our small garden.
Villa Rooms 1, 2 & 4 :
These rooms have queen-size beds and modern en-suite bathrooms with a shower and are situated in the guesthouse.
Villa Room 3 :
This room has a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. It also has a private patio and is situated inside the guesthouse.
The Villa Suite: (also our honeymoon suite)
This room has a four poster king-size bed and a bathroom with an Victorian bath and a separate shower.
Facilities:
All our rooms are equipped with hairdryers, air-conditioning, flat plasma screen DSTV television with mnet and dstv. The Budget rooms have regular TV. We have skyrove wireless internet. The Villa rooms are equipped with a mini bar, safe, robes and slippers.

Directions on How to Get There:
When departing Cape International, guests are asked to take the M3 on route to the city centre. Upon approaching the city centre, guests are asked to take the N2 (Eastern Boulevard) on route to the Foreshore. Follow the signs indicating the Waterfront / Sea Point.
This will take you to the beginning of Buitengracht Street. Take note of the new Cape Town International Convention Centre to your left.
Continue along Buitengracht Street following the signs indicating the Cable Car. Buitengracht Street then becomes Kloof Nek Road.
Drive along Kloof Nek Road until you reach Kelvin Street. Turn left and you have reached Lady Victoria Guest House.
