Approximately 160km from Cape Town on the N2 national road to Swellendam and the Garden Route, lies the little town of Riviersonderend. The town boasts beautiful mountain and river scenery and is also the centre of a thriving grain and sheep farming region. Riviersonderend is a good spot to look out for sightings of the South African national bird; the blue crane.

Description : Come to Riviersonderend where there is, comfortable guest house accommodation, in the centre of town at Lovell's Guest House. Enjoy the beautiful mountain views from your private suite with separate entrance. Built in 1890 and lovingly restored, this magnificent old homestead was the first missionary house in Riviersonderend.
Riviersonderend is en route to the Garden Route and is only two hour leisurely drive from Cape Town.

Tariff - All year round :
Bed & Breakfast
ZAR330 per person per night, sharing - Full breakfast.
ZAR300 per person per night, sharing - Light breakfast.
ZAR420 single per night.
Children - full price.

Payment Policy:
A 50% non-refundable deposit is payable on confirmation of the reservation and the balance is payable on arrival.

Directions on How to Get There From Cape Town take the N2 over Sir Lowry's Pass past Caledon to Riviersonderend. When you reach Riviersonderend, take the third turning to the left, opposite Standard Bank, into Voortrekker Road. Lovell's Guest House is on the right at number 9.
