Rose Cottage is a cosy cottage which can sleep four (2 Bedrooms: 1
double and 2 singles).The cottage is nestled in the Hermitage Valley
adjoining our youngberry farm, Wildebraam Berry Estate, 3km from Swellendam town
central.
Accommodation :
Comfortably equipped and furnished, with all bedding & towels provided.
The bathroom has a shower/toilet. Snuggle up to the inside fireplace in
winter or enjoy a braai under a spectacular starlit sky in summer. Lazy
days are guaranteed as you sit outside and watch the horses at play in
the adjoining paddocks. Youngsters will enjoy fishing in the dam or
trying their hand at balancing in the canoe! The Langeberg Mountains
ensure stunning views and you will be sorely tempted to stroll on the
farm among the youngberry fields.
We aim to pamper with; fresh flowers, tea/coffee/milk on arrival and a
welcoming liqueur are some of the little extra's we provide to make your
stay as special as possible.

Directions from N2 Cape Town:
As you approach Swellendam turn left onto the R60 in the direction of
Ashton/Worcester. When you get to the 4 stop continue straight over and
continue for approx. 1.5km. Turn right at the Hermitage Board and travel
100m. Take your first left onto a dirt road (Hermitage signs) and
continue straight for +-400m. Wildebraam entrance (S4) is on your left.
During office hours the key can be collected from the cellar or from the
house after hours.
Directions from N1 WORCESTER/ASHTON/SWELLENDAM:
As you approach Swellendam on the R60 from Ashton you get Keurbomen
Lodge & cheese Shop on your left. A short distance past these buildings,
turn left off the R60 at the Hermitage sign and travel 100m. Take your
first left onto a dirt road (Hermitage signs) and continue straight for
+-400m. Wildebraam entrance (S4) is on your left. During office hours
the key can be collected from the cellar or from the house after hours.
