Sunny, airy and very comfortably furnished, every day is summer at this friendly B&B. Enjoy a lazy day in the sun, having a barbeque and a glass of local wine in the courtyard while gazing over the sea.
L'Agulhas offers a host of activities - walking, deep sea fishing and birding to mention a few. A short drive and you can visit the De Hoop Nature Reserve, where the Southern Right Whale comes to breed and mate during the months of August to November every year.
From Agulhas, take a day trip to Elim; our famous local wine farms; Napier or even Hermanus; and return in the evening to the peace and tranquility to Summer Place!
Summer Place also offers the choice of a summer holiday where you can hire the entire house for your summer holiday by the sea.

Directions to Summer Place:
Cape Agulhas is 230km and approximately 2 1/2 hours drive from Cape Town. Take the N2 from Cape Town, through Somerset West, towards Caledon. At Caledon follow the signposts to Bredasdorp. As you turn right towards the southern most tip of Africa. From Bredasdorp take the Struisbaai/Agulhas Road. Entering Agulhas, follow the road until a small bay appears on the left. Opposite, turn right into Cooper Street. Summer Place is the second house on the right.
