Description :
Mary and Richard welcome you to share in their paradise... Umnenge Lodge is a newly built African guesthouse, offering luxury accommodation, and child friendly accommodation.
Umnenge Lodge is situated on the rugged cliffs of De Kelders near Gansbaai in South Africa.
"Umnenge" is a Xhosa expression meaning 'whale in the bay' and refers to the Southern Right Whale which can be clearly seen from Umnenge frolicking in the waters of Walker Bay from June to January each year.
We believe that warm hospitality and memorable food are as important as watching the whales.
The lodge is furnished in art pieces from Kenya, Mozambique, Zambia all the way down to Zululand. You will be infused with the essence of Africa....
