Our Internet presence with www.stayhere.co.za has been in operation for over eight years and is currently ranked on the front pages of Google, Yahoo, Ask and many other search engines for the keywords 'Stayhere' and any other keyword. For example 'stayhere hermanus'
This means we are receiving inquiries daily for accommodation.

The booking system works like this:

We create a web page for you, the accommodation establishment, and link it to our site at no cost to you - this part of the service is free.
Potential guests find your establishment on either of our sites.
They then either call us by telephone or e-mail with their accommodation requirements.
We confirm availability with you either by phone or e-mail.
The guest pays us the deposit. (we have credit card facilities on our site.)
We deduct 16% commission and account to you for the balance of the deposit.
We then send; confirmation of the booking, your contact details and directions to the guest and you receive an e-mail with the guests details.
All further dealings are between the guest and yourselves.
If the potential guest does not confirm within forty-eight hours we send you a note to inform you. Our confirmation rate is roughly 50% i.e. 50% of the quotes we send out are confirmed and become bookings. We put this down to personal service.

We try very hard to avoid double bookings. That is why when availability is confirmed with you, we ask that you keep the accommodation available for forty-eight hours. This gives us a chance to collect the deposit and confirm the booking. If we have not confirmed the booking during that time then you may re-let to another party.

We need as much detail as you can supply and at least six good quality photos saved in .jpg format. Any additional information can be sent by email in .doc format
