- The following policy will apply to all collections made on your behalf:A 50% non-refundable deposit is payable by the guest on confirmation of the reservation and the balance is payable by the guest to the host on arrival. The deposit after deducting commission will be paid into the hosts bank account. All refunds are made solely at your own discretion. Please bear in mind that our commission is non-refundable. Please take a little time to complete this once off form. Use as much detail as the form allows. If you have more than one establishment then please complete separate forms for each property.
